Build a real product in 10 weeks.

Standard CS schools and bootcamps teach theory. CTP puts the best students into small, professional Product Squads to build and launch a real software product from scratch, with mentors working inside the team.

FAQ

CTP is for the best local students, not everyone. Admission is a real, tough process — we test technical skill, communication, and attitude the way a company would screen for a role, then place the students who pass into small Product Squads. If you want hands-on experience building something real instead of another lecture, this is built for you.

Real, functional Web or AI products — not clones and not templated projects. Each Product Squad works with three embedded mentors (a Tech Lead, a Design Lead, and a Project Coach) to take a real market problem from idea to a working MVP they can put in front of users, employers, and investors.

A partner brings funding, a trusted local network, and credibility — and gains a share in a growing business, ready-made teams for real projects, and a first-mover position in North Cyprus before bigger competition arrives. See What We Bring / What We Gain in the Partnership section.

We track three numbers: Job Placement Rate (graduates in a role within 90 days of finishing), Employer Satisfaction (were they ready to work on day one, no extra training), and Funded Projects (how many student products go on to raise real funding or become real businesses).
